Gonareline acetate is a potent progesterin-releasing hormone-inhibin receptor antagonist used to control ovarian stimulation to prevent premature discharge of immature follicles and aid conception. Due to the physical properties of gonarelin acetate is easy to be destroyed by the digestion of enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract, can not be used by oral administration, so often used for injection with Gonarelin preparation, through subcutaneous or intramuscular injection absorption, rapid effect. Method of medication:There are two methods: intravenous drip and nasal drip. Intravenous infusion: 5-20 μg for 90min on the 2nd to 4th day of the menstrual cycle. If there is no ovulation (to judge by measuring the basal body temperature), the drug can be re-administered; HCG1500 units were injected intramuscular after ovulation, and 1500 units were injected after 3 days. Generally 2 ~ 4 cycles can be pregnant. Nasal administration: for children with cryptorchidism, 1-2 years old is the best time for treatment, 0.2mg, early, middle and late 3 times spray, 4 weeks as a course of treatment, the interval of 3 months can be repeated.
