- Solubility: Soluble in hot water, hot ethanol and acetone, soluble in ethanol, methanol, very slightly soluble in ethyl acetate, insoluble in chloroform, petroleum ether.
- Chemical properties: Studies have shown that dihydromyricetin has good thermal stability, but irreversible oxidation reaction of dihydromyricetin with temperature increase is higher than 100 °C. Dihydromyricetin is stable under neutral and acidic conditions.
